Wedding planning can often become a stressful and time consuming task.
We hope to make your day and the months and weeks leading up to it as easy as possible.
Whilst a blank canvas venue offers you complete control it can also seem a little daunting. We can help take the pressure of the day off your shoulders. We will liaise with vendors and put those finer details in place so you don’t have to worry about a thing on the day.
before the day coordination
We will arrange two planning sessions:
One to go through your plans and ideas that you have for your event. We will discuss ideas for where to source the essential hire items and assist with suppliers and contacts that best suit your brief.
The second will be in the weeks leading up to the day and we will work through creating the run sheet and go through all the details of the day, confirm suppliers and make amendments where needed.
We will liaise with all suppliers the weeks leading up to help get all the required information for the day and ensuring they have the required information as well.
ON the day coordination
We will be your go to person on the day so you can sit back, relax and enjoy!
Coordination of the vendors and suppliers arrivals on the day.
Make sure the last minute and final details are taken care of.
Supervision and coordination of the entire wedding day.
